While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting lives around the globe, at Duct & Mist Cleaning Services, our priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.  Therefore, we want to reassure you that all necessary measures and precautions are taken to ensure the health and safety of all.

Continuation of Residential & Commercial Cleaning Divisions

Our services are considered essential for residential & commercial cleaning as per the authorities who have applied restrictions on businesses thus far.  Air quality, clean carpets and clean upholstery for our customers is our primary mission, and that is why, we will continue to offer services during this challenging time while regularly re-evaluating the severity of the situation in NB to ensure safety for everyone involved.  A clean home is a healthy home, and this is something we can help our customers achieve and maintain. We also offer sanitization services which neutralizes germs, bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, and allergens.

 

To support our employees and to allow us to continue to offer you, our customer, quality cleaning services, we have updated our business processes and have established an ongoing education to avoid a potential spread of the virus.

 

• Our team does not come to work sick and are screened for any recent travel (outside of the province of NB).

• We decrease and if possible, eliminate time spent in common areas.

• We maintain appropriate social distancing.

• We disinfect all objects or surfaces after use.

• We provide employees with a list of practices to be followed according to the Public Health Agency and Centre for Disease Control.

• The technical team must also:

1. Disinfect their equipment and the space occupied in the trucks several times a day;

2. Wear gloves and a mask;

3. Avoid touching customers’ items/furniture, even when wearing gloves;

4. Avoid any physical contact such as shaking hands, even when wearing gloves (to respect social distancing);

5. Disinfect equipment, between each customer.
